That sounds like a problem with the ISP's DNS server, try logging into the router's web interface and changing the DNS server to whatever DNS server you prefer, such as 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare), 8.8.8.8 (Google), 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220 (OpenDNS/Cisco).
