Webb11 sep. 2012 · I personally think the wrapping and neosporin are not the way to go here. As long as you have not picked or cut the scab, bacteria cannot get in. Wrapping is needed only if you open the wound (which I would not recommend here). If you have not picked at it and it is still closed, soaking is more likely to help it heal more quickly. WebbAlso congrats on your 2 days and even if you pick on a little scab it doesn't mean you failed, you can just say oopsie and move on without spending any extra time dwelling on it! since i started keeping track about six months ago, the longest i’ve gone is 40 days :) but right now i’m back on day one lol.
