Or there could be no label at all, in which case you can look up the LED symbol on your modem’s manual. WebFirst, the ONT had the alarm light on and no internet signal from about 1-9 pm daily. Got a tech out and they gave us a new ONT. however this new ONT has no internet and alarm light on every night from roughly 9-10 pm. Outside those hours everything is fine and dandy. Has anyone ever encountered this and got it fixed?
