Web19 de jan. de 2024 · Win10 only sees half of my ram installed. I have Corsair vengeance Rgb Pro 16gb installed but Win10 only says i have 8gb (7,95). Bios show all 16gb, Cpu-z show all 16gb (and says they dual channel) Corsair iCue sees both ram, and i can adress both rgb. Nzxt CAM also sees both stick. Win10 and Dxdiag does only show 8gb. Checked the RAM is not faulty by trying them individually. Ensured the slots are not faulty by trying one slot at a time. Tried a new RAM card with the existing RAM. On boot the MB has LED indicators for any issues and with both sticks in slots 2 and 4 it failed on DRAM. Both sticks work fine as a single stick in Slot 1 or 2 and as 1 and 2, but anything in 3 or 4 (single or as a pair) fails, Slot 1 only = ok.
