This track is designed for certification of individuals who process video and still imagery but do not perform full analysis. WebEd’s career spans over 27 years of law enforcement experience, and nearly24 years of forensic video analysis. As a LEVA instructor, Ed provides training in Image and video processing as well as comparison analysis in LEVA Level 1,2, & 3. He has been a LEVA instructor since 2014.
