WebCurrently looking for a good telephoto lens for birding. I've considered the Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III and the Tamron AF 70-300mm f4-5.6 but have read some really bad reviews for both. Looking for a lens that's relatively easier for a beginner to use + affordable. My budget is around $500 but am willing to spend more for something long-lasting.
